Our mission is to promote the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and service. We are dedicated to protecting the rights, safety, and well-being of our members so they can effectively serve and protect the residents, businesses, and visitors of Indio.

Our purpose is to ensure that our officers are equipped, supported, and empowered to provide exceptional service, while maintaining a strong, competitive, and professional police force for the City of Indio.
The IPOA was established to bridge the gap between our officers and the community. We accomplish this mission through the following objectives:
Advocating for the rights, benefits, and working conditions of our members
Providing legal support and representation when needed
Promoting unity, morale, and professional development within our membership
Supporting charitable causes and giving back to the community
Hosting events that foster positive interaction between officers and the public
