• Brass ($100 per person): Seating with the Chief or a Command Staff Member.  
• Tactical ($85 per person): Seating with a Specialized Unit Member.  
• Patrol ($75 per person): Seating with an Officer who works your area.

Dinner Menu

• Standard Meal: Wedge Salad, Braised Short Ribs in a Demi Sauce, Poblano Mashed Potatoes, and Seasonal Vegetables.  
• Advance Ticket Alternative: Salmon in a lemon butter sauce, fingerling potatoes, and vegetables.  
• Dessert: Cheesecake with a mixed berry sauce.  
• Drinks & Extras: Iced tea, coffee, or lemonade, along with rolls and butter are included with each meal.
