Dinner Includes
Wedge Salad, Braised Short Ribs in a Demi Sauce, Poblano Mashed Potatoes, and Seasonal Vegetables. Advance ticket holders may choose instead: Salmon in a lemon butter sauce, fingerling potatoes, vegetables and everyone gets cheesecake with a mixed berry sauce for dessert.
Iced tea, coffee or lemonade, rolls and butter are included with each meal.
